Please read the terms and conditions (“Terms”) which set forth the legally binding terms of your Farm Visit (subsequently defined below) with Farm 360 Limited (referred to as “us,” “our,” or “we”).

As a farm sponsor, your access to organized farm visits by Farm 360 is based on the acceptance of these underlining terms and Conditions:

Our Agreement with You:

1. Location

Farm visits for farm sponsors are published and communicated prior to the scheduled dates through a written memo and calendry engagements. The agreement includes the date, time, and location for the Farms to be visited to enhance adequate logistical preparations for the Farm Visit.

2. Eligibility

Any Farm Sponsor who wants to participate in a Farm Visit  must be eighteen years of age or older, have subscribed to any of our sponsorship packages, must be of sound mind, and have carefully considered the risks involved with the Farm Visit.

3. Travel

Farm 360 Limited shall communicate through email to all Farm Sponsors deemed qualified to visit the farm ahead of the scheduled time. The communication shall publish to that Farm Sponsor the date, time, and venue of convergence.

Farm Trust shall be responsible for the transportation of the Farm Sponsors to the designated Farm Land.

If deemed expedient, Farm 360 shall also make arrangements for adequate feeding and a first aid kit for all Farm Sponsors visiting the Farm however, all Farm sponsors should also make other arrangements should they have pre-existing medical conditions and accommodation arrangements where applicable.

4. Safety

To enhance the safety and protection of the Visiting Sponsors, Farm 360 will be responsible for sharing safety measures and procedures that are to be adhered to by all for a successful Farm Visit.

5. Indemnification

You shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Farm 360 Limited, its affiliates and each of its employees, contractors, directors, and representatives from all liabilities, claims, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees that arise from or relate to the Farm Visit.

6. Limitation of Liability

Farm 360 (including its directors, employees, agents or affiliates) shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect claims for cost, damage, loss or property, personal injury, illness or death arising from the farm visit. However, our Technical Team will be there to ensure that safety measures are followed.

7. Complaints

All Farm Visitors should promptly bring to the awareness of the Farm 360 Technical Team of any complaint that needs immediate actions to be taken to ensure total resolve whiles on the farm.

8. Governing Law

Farm 360 Limited shall be guided by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
